At Dosaze, we want you to sleep soundly knowing we offer a 60-night sleep trial on all our premium bedding products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
